A Personal Approach

Guidance Built on Clarity and Care

His legal background includes litigation management, legal research and writing, case management, estate planning, and probate, giving him a practical understanding of complex legal matters and, just as importantly, how to help clients navigate them with clarity and confidence.

In addition to his work with the firm, Chris remains active in residential and commercial real estate, land, new construction, and development throughout North Texas. His real estate background includes working with one of DFW’s premier custom home builders, along with extensive experience helping clients evaluate property, understand its potential, and determine the right path forward.

That experience is particularly valuable for families navigating probate or an inheritance. Real estate is often one of the largest and most complicated assets left behind, and deciding what to do with it can raise an entirely new set of questions. Chris can help families understand their options for inherited property—from evaluating its market and development potential to preparing and positioning a property for sale when that is the right decision.

By bridging the legal and real estate sides of the process, Chris is able to provide clients with a more seamless experience and a trusted resource beyond the estate planning or probate matter itself.

Above all, Chris believes clients should feel known, supported, and never overwhelmed by the process. His goal is to make complicated situations easier to understand, help families confidently determine what comes next, and connect them with the right resources to move forward.

01

Listen First

Important legal work begins with understanding the people, priorities, and concerns involved.

02

Explain Clearly

Clients should understand the decisions they are making and what each stage is intended to accomplish.

03

Plan Deliberately

Documents and next steps should form a coordinated plan rather than a stack of isolated tasks.

Your Legacy Deserves Thoughtful Planning.

Whether planning for the future or navigating the estate of someone you love, Alliston Estate Planning provides sophisticated legal guidance with a personal approach.
